Microsoft Agent 2.0 has been designed to be a windows operating
system component. Newer Windows version like Windows 2000, 
ME & XP comes preinstalled with Microsoft Agent 2.0. 
And even Microsoft Office 2000/XP uses it, so deleting the
msagent folder or file will result in a crashy office. As a
result, once it is installed it cannot be uninstalled without
reinstalling the operating system.
